It's particularly useful when playing the guitar, especially if using a capo. For instance, if transposing from Eb to D, you can simply set your capo on the first fret.
Additionally, Transposing Helper is a great tool when you find that your song's pitch is either too high or too low. Adjusting the key is simple: just manipulate the smaller and larger wheels until the original key aligns with the desired key. For example, transitioning from A to C with a chord progression of A, F#m, Bm, E7 involves turning A on the smaller wheel to meet C on the larger wheel, then verifying the other chords accordingly: A becomes C, F#m transforms to Am, Bm changes to Dm, and E7 shifts to A7.
Furthermore, remember to include m, m7, sus4 annotations behind the bass for comprehensive notation.
