For example, transitioning from A to C with a chord progression of A, F#m, Bm, E7 involves turning A on the smaller wheel to meet C on the larger wheel, then verifying the other chords accordingly: A becomes C, F#m transforms to Am, Bm changes to Dm, and E7 shifts to A7.
